Alan was called to the Ontario Bar in February 2002. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in June 2000 from Windsor Law School. Prior to this, Alan completed an undergraduate Combined Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Law and Justice in 1991, and worked as a Superior Court of Justice Trial Coordinator until 1997.
Alan has been an associate at McLeod Clermont & Associates since May 2002. His primary practice areas are personal injury litigation (including motor vehicle, long term disability and slip and fall),
real estate, and wills and estate administration.
Alan's personal injury practice is based in Ottawa, Ontario, but he handles cases everywhere in Ontario. In most cases, a client does not pay for any legal fees until Alan gets the client a cash settlement for the case.
Alan is also a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
Alan enjoys hockey, golf, baseball, comedy, road and mountain biking, reading and playing the piano.
