Fees for a purchase are normally $750.00 plus GST,
plus approximately $800.00 in disbursements
(includes title search, title insurance, payments to the Province of Ontario
for registration of the mortgage and transfer, execution searches required
by the mortgagee, miscellaneous incl. courier, long distance, fax,
photocopies, postage, etc.)
For a residential sale, the fee is $500.00 plust GST, plus disbursements
of about $155.00 (cost paid to the province to discharge the mortgage,
courier, miscellaneous expenses)
