David M. Gardiner, B.A., LL.B., was called to the Bar in 2001.
David attended and received his Bachelor of Laws Degree at Queen's University. Prior to studying Law, he received a Degree in Psychology from Carleton University in Ottawa.
Presently, David's areas of practice include: Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Falls, Insurance Claims, Disability Claims, Medical Malpractice, Dental Malpractice, and Defective Products.
David's personal injury practice is based in Ottawa, Ontario, but he handles cases everywhere in Ontario. In most cases, a client does not pay for any legal fees until David gets the client a cash settlement for the case.
David is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyer's Association, the American Trial Lawyer's Association, the Lawyer Referral Service, the County of Carleton Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
In his spare time, David enjoys hiking, playing basketball, reading and traveling.
